I wish, in some ways, that we had come from the same place. That at least we would know where the other one is coming from.

But in many ways I am also grateful. We could consider this a fresh start, you and I. No wars, no fighting over hierarchy, because we aren't heirs to anything here.

We could simply be brothers.

I am sorry politics and other sordid things got in our way. I truly did love you, and Robert, always. Going to war against you pained me.
